In 2018 we weren’t a very active group. I (Mary) was busy moving job, concentrating on some other work and didn’t have the time to focus on UXtomorrow. Marie travelled for 4 months and got back to Dublin in September. But now, at the start of a fresh new year, we are re-energised and are looking forward to planning new events for UXtomorrow. We also have new addition, please welcome Mélissa Batty who will help us organise some of the events.
Some of our high-level plans include scheduling some workshops, meeting more people interested in UX design, product and technology. We would like to start the year with discussions and reviews. We plan to run a ‘learning club’ each month. It will include different learning resources, such as books, online articles, podcasts and videos.
We are excited about these events because it will keep us up-to-date on different topics and motivate us grow our knowledge.
Our next event will be held on Tuesday, the 26th of February. The book that we will be discuss is “Articulating Design Decisions” by Tom Greever.
